Radius Profiling

O&G can create radius cuts of all sizes and shapes, perfect for pool surrounds and other projects where curved stonework is needed. While it is often specified for pool and spa copings, radius profiling is ideal for other creative applications like intricate window and door surrounds and for capping masonry walls.

Using our advanced cutting systems, O&G technicians collaborate with architects, engineers and designers to build ornate, non-stressed, durable profiles for outdoor construction. The Harbor Point development in Stamford, a unique pool surround in Fairfield County and Yale’s Sterling Law Library all used our radius profiling capability.

Radius Templating

Where radius cuts are required, O&G’s Fabrication Center offers a radius templating service that delivers the perfect profile and a beautiful finished project.

Our radius templating process uses tar paper templates and an advanced FARO Digital Template Measurement Arm (the same kind used in the popular reality show, “American Chopper”). It allows our technicians to trace new artwork or the contours of existing masonry and create a highly accurate template for our machines to follow
