Marty has over 25 years of experience as an experienced leader; he analyzes and assesses business situations to create and maintain continual success for an organization. Paganini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UCONN and ICPI certification. He and his wife Linda live in Torrington, Connecticut.
